Feeling like you're running on empty - physically, mentally, or spiritually? Like no matter how hard you try, you can’t quite get ahead? Isaiah 40:31 reminds us that real strength doesn’t come from within us, it comes from hope in the Lord.

This verse is more than inspiring words, it’s a promise. When our motivation is running low, when we’re tired of striving, we’re invited to stop doing and start trusting. 

God doesn’t expect us to carry it all alone. When we place our hope in Him, He gives us strength that lifts us above the weight of our worries, just like eagles who rise effortlessly on the wind.

Three Actionable Steps This Week:

1. Start Your Day with Surrender - Before diving into your to-do list, take 2–3 minutes to pray, “Lord, I place my hope in You today. Help me soar above distractions and discouragement.”
    

2. Write Down a God-Sized Goal - Choose one area where you’ve felt unmotivated—spiritually, physically, or emotionally and write down a small, daily step to move forward. Let your goal be rooted in faith, not fear.
    

3. Encourage Someone Else - Text or call a friend who’s struggling. Share Isaiah 40:31 with them. Lifting others up gives us a fresh wind beneath our own wings.

Dear Lord, thank You for being my strength when I feel weak and unmotivated. Help me to place my hope fully in You. Remind me that I don’t have to rely on my own energy to keep going. Lift me up, renew my spirit, and help me soar on wings like eagles. ~ Amen.
